Too crowded, understaffed and 35 minutes of waiting after getting seated...the food tasted good The location is convenient as it's on the 1st floor of Shin Osaka train station building. But the service is below average. If you want authentic Osaka service, go to Namba area of Osaka for Okonomiyaki.... The food tasted good, which evens out the score here.

“Osaka Negiyaki and Okonomiyaki ”
I always try to eat here when I’m at Shin Osaka station. I love the Osaka style negiyaki and okonomiyaki here. I’ve been here for both lunch and dinner, but I much prefer the mixed lunch sets they have. It’s a shame they don’t offer them in the evening.

“Great Orthodox Okonomiyaki & Excellent Beef Negiyaki”
My friend and I ordered Orthodox Okonomiyaki with Pork and Korean pickles plus fried egg on top to share - which is great mixed and in good proportions! So I have stomach space to enjoy Beef Negiyaki which is superb too!
