“Not bad cold tsukesoba”
This shop is very close to both Umeda stations (JR and Hankyu), next to a busy pathways under the JR lines. By this hot weather, I tried the hayashi tsukesoba (cold noodles that you can dip in a broth). The noodles were OK but the broth in which you would dip them was lacking a little bit of somethi...ng. The chashu was quite good though, a little bit roasted. Eggs were OK. Would deserve a 3.5, but I’ll have to stick with a 3 in order to keep the 4 ratings for restaurants that distinguish themselves more. Given the density of ramen places in Umeda, you can probably find a better one around – but overall it was relatively enjoyable.
