In our restaurant, we prepare easy-to-eat, body-friendly menus throughout the year.

The buckwheat noodles served in our restaurant are made of buckwheat flour ground in a stone mortar, allowing you to fully enjoy aromas and texture.
We also recommend chicken dishes made using local brand “Awaodori” chicken from Tokushima prefecture, very popular and delicious; our restaurant's vaunted “Fried Local Chicken Thighs” are exquisite.
