This particular branch seems to be catered only for the locals. On arrival, the place was full so we took a queue number. The cashier will then call out the numbers in Japanese which is impossible for tourist to understand. Once seated, there is a tablet for each bar seat to order but the menu is on...ly in Japanese. When ordering special item, it will be dispensed on the conveyor belt which when approaching your seat, the tablet will jingle an alarm in Japanese. We missed several of our orders which i suspect was taken by others. Overall a stressful dining experience and would have scored lower if not for the good price

It was a bit of a wait as we went just on lunch time and it was busy with office workers, I could only see 2 ladies, 1 was serving as a cashier and the other was clearing dishes and seating customers, I don't know how they did it but they were not phased with stress at all. When we finally sat it s...eemed all worth it as the sushi was delicious, with an advanced computer ordering system that we in the west have never seen but seems a common place here in Japan. The food was delicious and fresh, the staff were very efficient and friendly, all in all extremely good value for money. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant to all who visit Osaka.

English menu is available here. For every 5 plates of sushi you have eaten, you can get to play a mini game which I believe it works like a lucky draw game. Highly recommended.

Kura Zushi has a lot of branches around Japan. This is a 100yen-sushi restaurant where you can eat everything at a cheap price. Not only cheap, but the sushi taste really good too. I found out about this restaurant when I watched a travel variety program on television. Highly recommended !

I was hoping for tempura as well, but they didn’t have it. Everything else was to my satisfaction today.
