“Conveyor Belt Sushi”
My first time having conveyor belt sushi and it was a great experience. Sushi was all good and I got stuffed for cheap. It was fun learning what to do, I had no idea how to lift a plate before this, it took me several tries. Staff were nice since we could not speak Japanese. It's a great stop for lu...nch if you go to the Golden Temple first and then walk to Ryoan-Ji Temple, it's along the way.

“The Most Fun I've Ever Had in Sushi Restaurant”
You can get to this restaurant with the city bus as it stops near it. We went there around 4pm so it wasn't really crowded. We were seated at the booth section and began ordering right away. You can choose from the conveyor belt one or you can order from the screen on each booth. You can order every...thing from tempura bowl, udon, burgers, french fries, onion rings, and even desserts like cakes and puddings. Watching the food you order can be a unique experience as it was delivered via the top conveyor belt. The food will stop exactly at your booth for you to take. A plate of sushi costs 100 yen but mostly only consists of 2 pieces of sushi so you will order more and more. We ended up paying around 5000 yen for 4 people because we ordered this and that but that was really one experience that you will never forget.

“Wow, what choice!”
This is about a 5 minute straight line walk from the Golden Temple. This sushi restaurant has two conveyor belts, one with a continuous supply of prepared dishes and another which delivers items you can order from the touch screen beside the seating. On the tables, there is wasabi, ginger, soy sauce...s and a supply of fresh green tea. The food was first class with an enormous selection of sushi and other small dishes.

“The taste just blew me away”
A group of us visited this restaurant a little while ago whilst on a training/tourist trip to Japan. I can honestly put my hand on my heart and say that this was probably the most enjoyable eating experience I have had whilst in Japan. That may sound like I'm being an uncultured philistine, (some w...ould endorse this view in view of the restaurant format being a bit naff and the quality probably not the very best..) but don't get me wrong - we visited a very broad cross section of many, many, restaurants from the very finest dining to the cheapest bar-dives and I found the eating experience here was the most enjoyable as the food was for me, just..... perfect. First off, the variety of sushi and sashimi was extensive with some more of the obscure cuts of fish and shellfish being available. The speed at which it was produced was astonishing and the quality of presentation delightful even though when we were there it was obvious it was prepared fresh on request. The taste (oh, the taste!) was quite simply sensational. The fact that this was a relatively run-of-the-mill "kaiten" sushi establishment did not detract from the eating experience, and in fact some of the quirky electronic food bonuses that could be "won" made it a really fun and relaxed experience - they had us giggling. Finally, the price was just so cheap it was hard to believe. Google it for loads of pics I still regularly dream about this place.....
