“Cheap, fast and tasty but limited English”

In this neighborhood with very few tourists, the reception was not really accustomed to people who don’t speak Japanese. You have to pick a number from a machine with only Japanese instructions. As soon as a table is available they call your number, also in Japanese. But the staff is ready to help y...ou. At the table you can order in English. And you just pick from the conveyor belt whatever looks tasty. We had a nice, tasty meal serving 2 people for less then 1500¥. Water and matcha tea were available for free.

“Perfect for kids”

My kids loved this restaurant so much that we went twice. The sushi is fine -- fresh and lots of variety -- but the real attraction is the conveyer belt that whirls around and the sushi rocket that blasts your order directly to your seat. It was a lot of fun to eat here.

“Unexpected good sushi - Great for teens”

Our Japanese guide recommended this place for lunch. This is our first time in Japan. We live in the US. These chain restaurants have a very interesting concept. You seat in booths and there is a window with a conveyer an a constant flow of sushi plates. You also have on the top a touch screen and y...ou can order, however, the instructions are only in Japanese but you have pictures of the dishes. Finally, once you finish you place the plates in a hole and after five plates, you have the chance to win a price, needless to say it was very fun for the kids. The best part is that the quality of the sushi is very good and the price is very reasonable.

“Fresh for 100yen a plate, what more do you want?”

Fresh for 100yen a plate, what more do you want? Tea is complimentary. Can be a bit confusing as most instructions are in Japanese but staff do their best to help. The tuna tartare and quail egg sushi is a must try. You can eat like a king and struggle to spend over 1,500 for two!
