“First, it's better to find an identity”
This place wanna be a lot of things, but in fact has not an identity. Outside there is a french flag, but cuisine is not french. There's is a Romania flag on the wall, but nothing about Romania's culture. They made pizza and pasta dishes (in a french restaurant?!), and they wrote "french pasta" (fre...nch pasta?!?!!?)... The chef is an old man, it's a family restaurant but very cheap style or, better, a no-style place; I think they wanna do everything but without know how to made it. We ate three different kind of pasta, tasted very bad... for example meat ragù pasta was a simple tomato sauce pasta with a piece of meat on topping. We were really shocked, how is possible to serve such a kind of dishes without any skills. Maybe it's better to find what kind of cuisine wanna be served and then start to study how to prepare it.

“Delightful family restaurant”
We were running out of options for dinner when staying in the Kobe Harborland area, when we stumbled onto this small unpretentious bistro. It's on a sidestreet near the Seven Eleven. We ate there twice, and had the pizza, bolognese and seafood pasta. All were excellent. The creme brulee for dessert ...was also well done. The hosts are really attentive and super friendly and the prices very reasonable.
