“Fixed Price Buffet Restaurant”
If a fixed price buffet that includes non alcoholic drinks and all you can eat in 90 minutes is your thing, then you will love the Kobe Port Kitchen. They do have a steak station where a chef prepares thin slices of very tasty beef for you. I really enjoyed this restaurant, but geared at families ...and is quite noisy and hectic. Chairs and tables are fairly tightly packed. Not fine dining but quite okay for what it is, although a bit expensive.

“Eat here only if you're willing to spend 2.7k for chocolate fondue”
I guess you could say the main attraction was the beef. But I'm utterly disappointed by it. There was Kobe beef curry but it was kinda normal. The spread was ok but it was tastes kind of under average to me. The yakitori wasn't cooked well and there was a small piece of uncooked meat as well.

“Fixed price buffet style”
Buffet style restaurant with plenty of choice, as long as you're not vegetarian. You get 90 mins to eat your fill and the staff are pleasant.
