“Very nice place to spend a good evening”
Went there with my wife after reading nice review on the place. Very nice guys, don’t speak almost any english, but is not a problem. There are pictures on the menu and hands are good enough to comunicate. We end up eating good food in a very noce atmosphere at a reasonable price. We actually went b...ack a secco d time during our stay in Kyoto since we enjoied very much!

“Great Local Place”
Great local hole-in-the-wall and a fantastic value! Fun atmosphere. The entrance is a little hidden, but that's part of the food adventure (see pictures of the nondescript entrance).

“Great Local Restaurant - Fun, budget friendly :)”
This is a great local restaurant that is fun and budget friendly. There are plenty of drinks and yummy small plates to try. Definitely a fantastic place to hang out with friends!

“Wonderful Japanese food at a very reasonable price...”
You can try all sorts of exciting Japanese delicasies, and all for a fixed price! My favorites are still Ai Hiray & Takowasa... I went for the premium option, as the Sake selection was better :) Looking forward to visiting again soon.
