I can’t say the food was bad, but the way we were treated on Sunday, November 30th, 2025, around 1:00 p.m. was truly awful—unprofessional, sloppy, and downright disrespectful. When we walked in, the manager (or whoever he was) asked us in English how many we were: four foreigners and one Japanese c...hild. He seated us, and as soon as he started taking our order, he suddenly disappeared right after we asked for our drinks. Then another staff member came, but he had no idea what he was doing. He didn’t understand anything we said and his attitude was extremely poor. In the end, we only managed to order drinks—and even that was a mess. We asked them to change two Cokes for two juices since they hadn’t served or even prepared them yet. After explaining this several times, he seemed to understand, but then brought one juice and one Coke. On top of that, they completely forgot the beer we had ordered from the manager, so we had to ask for it again after a long wait. The most ironic part came when we went to pay: they charged us for the Coke they never served. It’s not about the 200 yen—it’s about the lack of respect and the arrogance of the guy at the register. We told him repeatedly, in Japanese, that the bill was wrong, and he pretended not to understand us. Of course, in the end, he suddenly understood everything, but he didn’t apologize, not even once. Instead, he told us that he wouldn’t remove it because we had already paid through PayPal. All of this while glancing at the Japanese customers around us, making it seem like we were the ones causing trouble. Absolutely shameless. Again, it’s not about the money. It’s about the humiliating treatment we received. If you don’t mind being charged for things you never get and being treated horribly, then this is the perfect restaurant. Otherwise, avoid it. Maybe they simply can’t stand foreigners—if so, they should just say it. We would have happily gone somewhere else. Truly pathetic service. 料理自体は悪くなかったと言えますが、 2025年11月30日（日）の13時頃に受けた対応は、本当にひどいものでした。 プロ意識ゼロ、雑で、失礼極まりない態度でした。 店に入ると、マネージャー（らしき人）が英語で人数を聞いてきました。 外国人4人と日本人の子ども1人だと言うと席に案内されましたが、 注文を取り始めた直後、ドリンクを頼んだところで突然姿を消しました。 その後、別のスタッフが来たのですが、まったく状況を理解しておらず、 こちらの言っていることも分かっていない様子で、態度も非常に悪かったです。 結局、ドリンクを注文するだけでも一苦労でした。 コーラ2杯をジュース2杯に変更してほしいと頼みましたが、 まだ提供も準備もされていなかったので当然できるはずです。 何度も説明した結果、理解したように見えましたが、 実際に持ってきたのはジュース1杯とコーラ1杯。 さらに、最初にマネージャーに頼んだビールも完全に忘れられており、 しばらくしてから再度注文する羽目になりました。 極めつけは会計時です。 提供されていないコーラがしっかり請求されていました。 200円の問題ではありません。 レジにいた店員の態度が、非常に無礼で傲慢だったということです。 「請求が間違っている」と日本語で何度も伝えたにもかかわらず、 あえて理解していないふりをしていました。 にもかかわらず、最後にはしっかり理解したうえで、 「PayPalで支払った後なので割引はできない」と謝罪もなしに言い切りました。 周りの日本人客をチラチラ見ながら、 あたかも私たちが問題を起こしているかのように振る舞っていたのも本当に不愉快でした。 繰り返しますが、お金の問題ではありません。 私たちが受けた扱いが、あまりにも侮辱的だったということです。 提供されていないものを請求され、 ひどい対応をされても平気な人にはおすすめですが、 そうでないなら行かない方がいい店です。 もしかしたら外国人が嫌いなのかもしれません。 そう言ってくれれば、喜んで別の店に行きました。 本当に残念で情けないサービスでした。
