“Awesome, local yakitori restaurant”
This place was recommended to us by a friend. Google Maps had a bit of trouble at first finding it because the name on the map is in Japanese. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor, up a pretty steep flight of stairs. It's pretty small -- they have maybe 10 seats at the counter, and then a couple of ta...bles in the back, and that's it. They do not have English menus, and none of the waitstaff spoke English, so we had to use a translation app to figure it out. (Ironically, they have a really good English website, so if you come here I'd recommend checking it out first.) We ordered 3 or 4 different yakitori plates plus a few other dishes, and everything was delicious. One of them was undercooked chicken, which made me a bit nervous, but happy to report no health problems. :) The place filled up very quickly at dinner time and by the time we left there was a line at the door. Definitely would recommend!
