特に私が驚いたのは鉄板の技。 茶碗蒸しを鉄板で蒸したり、すき焼きを仕上げるパフォーマンス。 そして、ヒレカツサンドはヒレ肉を鉄板の上でサクサクに揚げてしまうんです！ 熟練したシェフの絶妙な火入れで鉄板一つで 焼く・蒸す・揚げるを完璧にこなす技術は まさに職人技だと感じました！ What impressed me most was the chef’s mastery of the teppan grill. Steaming chawanmushi directly on the teppan, finishing sukiyaki right in front of you, and e...ven frying Wagyu beef fillet for the katsu sandwich until perfectly crispy — all done on the same iron plate. With precise heat control, the experienced chef flawlessly handles grilling, steaming, and frying using a single teppan. It was truly an experience you can only have here.

We came for a fancy teppanyaki dinner while visiting Osaka. We loved the place. (Not easy to find from the street, but worth the quest!) Food was delicious, chef very talented and friendly. Quiet, cozy ambiance. Less "showmanship" than other teppanyaki places, but highly skilled. Despite each co...urse appearing small and artistically presented, they all add up to a very big meal. We would choose the smaller (slightly cheaper) menu next time. Domo arigato!

Excellent service, the restaurant team went out of their way to buy a cake for us upon knowing it was a birthday celebration. The chef Takashi taniguchi was impeccable in his cooking and patiently tried to explain each dish despite the language barrier. Overall an excellent dinner experience with gr...eat food.
