“Where I left my glasses -- auwe!”
Our driver/guide recommended this resto in Nara. At a shopping arcade's supermarket, I bought a filet of unagi which I shared with our entrees. We ordered the creamy spaghetti with crab pasta. The crab was too difficult to eat, but the pasta was good -- especially with the addition of the unagi. ...The decor is contemporary, prices are reasonable, and the service is attentive. It's too bad that the server didn't find my pair of glasses before we left the area for Kyoto. Later our driver told me they would hold the glasses, but I told him that it is too far to retrieve. I spent the rest of the trip without my reading glasses, but that's life.
