Carefully-selected eel is grilled in our special way. Grilled over an open flame without being steamed, until crispy outside and juicy inside.
The eel is prepared with the sauce using original soy sauce in Nagoya. At first, you can enjoy it as is. Next, try with the Welsh onion slices rinsed in water and wasabi that outstandingly match the eel. Finally, add nori seaweed and dashi broth and try as the "eel chazuke (eel and rice in broth)."
