Regret to be here as I chose this buffet during my stay in osaka . Possible the worst value and variety I could get. Not up to par if you paid 5500 yen for mini burger, pizza and deep fried chicken etc. They are offering the strawberry dessert buffet but you can see they repeated a few kinds of pudd...ing of puffs on several stations, they are actually the same. For the options and quality, i dont think 3 hr is needed, and i can finish in an hour because there is nothing much you can eat or want to eat. One female sever was quite careless to drop utensil or food on the floor. At least a glass bowl was dropped and broken. I am quite disappointed to make the effort to get there for this experience.

Breakfast here is excellent with wide choice good when spending week. The staff is very friendly, especially the omelette cook. Can get seats near large windows. It can get bit crowded when picking from buffet, but there is no pressure to have you finish fast.

Since our package includes breakfast, we decide to give this buffet breakfast a try. While it is a generous spread with multiple Western and Japanese dishes, including an egg station, the food is just bland and under-seasoned. I can't pinpoint on one thing but the food is just a weird mix of dishe...s. The curry fried rice on my first day threw me off a bit, but I appreciate some Asian choices though. I think the hotel needs to revamp the breakfast a bit especially on the Western side.

We stayed at the ANA Crowne Plaza and our only complaint about the hotel was the dining. We had by far out worst dining experience in Japan at the hotel restaurant Café in the Park. With only 4 other customers in the restaurant it took an hour for our appetizer of spring rolls to arrive, when they f...inally did, they were thrown on the table at the same time as the main course- which we sent back to keep warm. And while it was 3 hours until the restaurant was to close, the servers bustled about resetting for breakfast while clanging silverware and slamming plates noisily on the tables. Drinks were not offered or filled and the food quality was mediocre at best. I would certainly avoid this restaurant in the future and dine elsewhere!

Stayed at the crowne plaza and this is 1 of the breakfast restaurants, the international buffet one Spead, quality and service ok, typical for a 4 star hotel
