Eight Types of Nigiri Sushi
Menu Info | At Musubu, our goal is to share the history and origins of sushi with people from around the world, offering an enjoyable cooking class that will become a memorable highlight of their time in Japan. Eight nigiri toppings such as tuna, sea bream, flounder, yellowtail, amberjack, striped jack, shrimp, salmon, marinated mackerel, smoked duck, omelet, salmon roe, boiled conger eel, eel, will be used. (Varies depending on the season and availability.) Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled lesson. On the day of the lesson, guests will be provided with a white cooking coat and a traditional Japanese-style chef's hat. For health and safety reasons, gloves must be worn during the lesson. |
