“Tourist Restaurant with Terrible Food and 10% service charge added on bill”
Please do not go to this restaurant, it is a restaurant ripping off tourists. I am a frequent visitor to Japan but it is my first time to pay a compulsory 10% service charge on top of the menu price. The restaurant is running short of staff in both the service and kitchen. We waited for an hour for... the Suziyaki to serve on our table. The beef was still in hard-frozen when served to our table. Besides, we need to cook everything by ourselves. For the cost of 11,000 Yen per person, this is truly a ripoff experience. This was the worst dining experience I had ever had in Japan.
