“Decent Japanese pub feel. ”
The original store is a block closer (50 m) to the station. They were sooooo popular, they had to open two more stores within a 1-minute walk of each other. This place is called the "North Store". First, absolutely no English. Ordering is primarily done via tablet. Only Japanese, no other lang...uages are available. You can order from the waitress but you will experience much slower service. While the original location feels more like a typical cramped izakaya feel, this location is configured for groups. The lower floor has private rooms and the upstairs are big open booths. Everything is designed for groups. Food is typical izakaya (Japanese pub) style. Decent sashimi, chicken yakitori, fried anything, hot pots - all heavily seasoned so that you want to drink more. Everything was pretty good. A good experience.
