“Japanese hospitality not so good”
Kinoe Ryokan has a good location but the style of the accomodation - japanese room with tatami - isn't very comfortable. The food was very good, traditional Japanese cuisine of high quality. The attitude and the management left me quite upset. Check in at 3pm check out at 10 am with a written note o...n the bedroom stating that any 10 minutes after 10 am will be charged 1000 JPY...never saw anything so rude! plus English speaking people weren't available every day. Very expensive for what they provide frankly, and also not nice to deal with. Not recommended at all
