Torafugujo

Wanted to try Fugu while we were in Osaka. Not sure how we discovered this little gem but it was amazing. We had the Fugu sushi and the Unagi with rice. The unagi was a pleasant surprise since we did not know that this was there other specialty. The Fugu was very good but the eel stole the show. Do ...not hesitate to try this place.

We tried their thinly sliced fugu sashimi called tessa, marinated butsu-sashi, fugu skin karage, and unaju rice. Tessa was really good, my favourite, my wife liked the butsu-sashi, fugu skin karage was really good too, crispy outside but chewy inside. The shop seems to specialise on unagi too, so w...e tried it too, it had nice charcoal flavour and very tasty.
