“Lovely French restaurant near Kyoto City Hall”

This is a lovely French restaurant with an owner/chef who trained at Le Cordon Bleu. The fixed price menus as quite reasonable (50,000 yen for five courses). I think it is a good value for fine French food in Japan. The restaurant is on the second floor of the building immediately east of Kyoto Ho...tel Okura, and one block east of Kyoto City Hall.
