Expect the baddest service in Japan. The chef showed no respect for the customer when explaining the difference for different steaks. Expect to be treated as an idiot if you plan to come here. You can definitely find a better place for Kobe steak on this street. Chef, pick a better business to work... on, put aside your arrogant attitude. Another detail to be mentioned, the chef even staring at a crying baby wants to force him to stop...

Everything is unexpected i loved it!! The atmosphere and service are goooood. Recommend to order 100-150 gram with the set menu for one person it’s enough. Hope to be back soon with my friends or family🤍

Although the food was quite good, we were shocked when we saw the charge for recommended items from our chef that we ordered. The portions were light to moderate and the lunch bill was over $500. USD for three people. We learned a lesson. Ouch.

Good points: 1. Meat’s flavor is incomparable. It was juicy, flavorful, and sumptuous. Probably one of the best I’ve tasted. 2. Salad was lovely, side dishes were great Bad points: 1. Chef was arrogant from the start. See photo for reference. He was pushy when it comes to what my family should ord...er but we stood our ground and ordered what we wanted anyway. No sense of customer service at all (not hospitable nor presentable). But when another couple (different race) came in the restaurant, he smiled at them and treated them better. 2. Food was pricey. For only 300g, we paid 36,000 jpy. It is simply not worth it with the type of service from the chef. Overall - though the food was great but the experience was traumatizing.

Me and my family went to the restaurant as per the recommendation of our tour guide in Kobe. We wanted to get 300g of 2 kinds of meat and we will share since we travelled a long way just to eat the authentic Kobe Beef from Kobe, Japan. The chef was rude telling us we should order more for us to be a...ble to eat there. We did and he was still not satisfied but he allowed us to order. The whole time he was rude to us and he didn’t really engage with us and when other customers came in he was engaging with them more than us. Overall, the food and meat were really good but not really worth the price but the restaurant service is self is super poor. I will definitely not comeback to this restaurant but I am glad I got to experience their meat. The chef with glasses was more friendly and I hope he was the one who served us instead.
