“This is what Kobe beef can taste like”

Before leaving Kobe, we visited a hidden gem restaurant in a basement, the entrance barely visible from the street. We were served a fixed lunch menu with tasters of tenderloin and sirloin beef of A5 quality. The service and the preparation, combined with the tasting suggestions by the chef made thi...s an unforgettable experience. The flavours of the beef combined with the different types of salt and the accompanying dishes were of absolutely beautiful quality.
