“Avoid. Rude. Mediocre food. TOURIST TRAP”
Rude staff. Food mediocre. Ordered two set dinners and we received less than what we paid for. Dishonest waiter tried to tell us the last dish was two servings in one dish for two separate meals that were ordered. Informed several friends visiting Japan and they decided not tong to the restaurant or... stay at Holiday Inn it is attached to. Avoid

“Very Dishonest. AVOID”
Very Dishonest. Tourist trap... not impressed. For a city that claims to have great Japanese food. This is a huge disservice. You will get ripped off here. We had a set dinner and the waiter claimed our last dish was two servings put in one dish with one egg. Very dishonest and huge disservice to th...e image of Japanese people. As a Japanese person I am ashamed of this establishment's dishonesty and the image it gives. Three groups of friends will be visiting Osaka and they will not be staying at the Hoilday Inn because of the experience i informed them of at this restuarant.

“Pathetic experience”
Extremely horrible service. The servers were literally throwing plates and food on the table instead of placing it. While placing the pizza on the table, about half of the pizza slipped from the sever on the table and she conveniently put it back on the plate. Not seen such horrible service and staf...f anywhere in Japan. It was beyond ridiculous. The food was also way below average.

“Avoid”
Very uninspiring. The food was not good. Wine pairing with food was not done well at all. Poor value. Very embrassing for Japanese people when you provide such poor sevice and food. Waiter was dismissive and should consider either doing a better job because being a server means serving people not th...inking you are better than your customers. Second trip to Osaka and most likely the last. Will tell others to consider visiting other Japanese cities

“Located on the first floor of Holiday Inn Osaka Namba, this restaurant has a great atmosphere.”
Located a 3-minute walk from Namba Station and an 8-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station on the Midosuji Line, [BARKT] is a restaurant with a sophisticated adult atmosphere in a gorgeous city. You can enjoy light Italian and French dishes made with Japanese beef and lots of delicious vegetables eve...n late at night, and wine is reasonably priced. We recommend this restaurant and salon bar for wine lovers.
