The LOAF Cafe

It was a pure luck that my middle son and I visited The Loaf on a chilly weekday morning. We had a severe jet lag and needed to find a nice place to have some breakfast in a comfy environment and here we were! We only tried their bakery section as it was too early for the seated café area upstairs, ...but My son tired melon pan and bacon epi, both he said were delish! I had their individually brewed coffee, not like the machine brewed one popular in Japan these days, which was out of this world... I did not know that perfectly brewed coffee even exist. The coffee itself is 270 yen, but combined with cake or baked item, it will be 150 yen. Right at the front door, they have beautiful cakes, while full bar and open kitchen were laid out in the center of the first floor. Although it was too cold for outside dining, they do have a stylishly furnished outdoor area in the backyard. A few days later when I walked by the area, there were so many guests waiting online.. unlike nobody else but us on the day I was with my kid, so they are getting noticed, so try at a least busy time:-)
