While most restaurants serve around 130 grams of meat, the Haruna Honmachi branch serves a hearty 180 grams, which is sure to satisfy.

Uses Wakayama brand Eve Bi pork
A branded pig produced by Eve Farm in Susami Town, Wakayama Prefecture, which is popular for wild pigs.
It combines the flavor of wild boar meat and the tenderness of pork, and the sweet and rich fat has a melt-in-the-mouth taste.
Miyazaki Beef is the name given to Japanese Kuroge beef produced in Miyazaki Prefecture with meat quality grade 4 or higher.
The calf that becomes Miyazaki beef must be a Japanese black breed that inherits the bloodline of the prefecture's breeding bulls, which Miyazaki Prefecture has built up through a joint effort between the prefectures. Also, the place of birth is limited to Miyazaki Prefecture.
Furthermore, the requirements for Miyazaki beef are that it has been raised for the longest time in Miyazaki Prefecture, and that the meat quality of the carcass is grade 4 or higher.
