An amazing beef. It is the second time for me to be in this restaurant and the food is simply a dream. I can only recommend to visit this restaurant. A must for every Kyoto visitor.

A True Hidden Gem in Kyoto’s on Rokkaku-dori So after walking the streets of Kyoto looking for something to eat after everywhere is closing up, we stumbled across Yakinuki Douraku Kyoto and boy, we were blown away by the selection, atmosphere and the our server Win, she was so patient and the kitc...hen staff just made everything over the top, If you’re ever desperate for good food between 9-10pm in Kyoto with a little bit of everything for everyone, make sure to stop by before 10pm which is their last call.

We had a wonderful evening and the staff was very helpful. I am a vegetarian and a lot of restaurants won't make a dish without meat or fish but this restaurant made more than one dish for me, they were delicious. My friend loved the meat, it was a perfect dinner

My wife and I were looking for Kobe beef, we found this spot, it was empty, we were skeptical about it, luckily we found it, food was plenty , Kobe beef was marvelous, place jot expensive , it was very close to our hotel, highly recommended

Delicious food you get to cook at your table. We ordered one of the combo plates and were not disappointed. Some of the foods were just okay to our American palates, but we were glad for the opportunity to try different salads, veggies, etc. The meat was extremely tender and tasty. Our beef loving g...randson ordered more! I highly recommend this restaurant experience and while most of the staff only speak Japanese, we were able to use their menu (English) and Google translate to be understood.
