Amazing Experience Small Restaurant. Located near the Okura and Ritz Carleton hotels. It is a fixed menu and they kindly printed what we would get on our 15 courses. They recommend wine pairing, but we chose a bottle of red. We were upstairs where a Japanese 4 some dined along with us. At full capac...ity, they could handle about 10. Downstairs is configured as a bar, so not sure about that service. Everything was intimate with lots of attention including the chef. About $200 per person including wine and glass of Champagne. Well worth it!

We chosen this restaurant because wanted to enjoy Japanese cuisine with wine. They have variety of wine (the owner is master sommelier). My husband wanted a bottle of champagne to celebrate our great trip in Japan. We were only the guests in upstairs luckily, nice and quiet and the floor staff work...ed hard for us walking stairs up and down. Every meal presented beautiful and tasty. We want come back again in next time!

A Ritz Carlton restaurant. Originating in Kyoto, kaiseki is considered to be the ultimate expression of Japanese cuisine. At Mizuki, kaiseki is based on the Japanese tradition of Go-mi, Go-syoku, Go-ho (five flavors, five colors, five cooking methods). We had an excellent experience where we told th...e concierge that we were in for an excellent sushi-treat" excellent is was. Chef Saito-san prepared in front of eyes the most fantastic sushi we had for a long time. Surprisingly the restaurant was very quiet maybe also because we went early. However it gave us a feeling as of the sushi menu was prepared for yo=us privately. What a treat and what a finesse!
