We were told to be early enough and to expect to wait in line for at least an hour, but the wait would be so worth it. True enough, when we arrived at 0920H on a Sunday morning, there was a line with <20 ahead of us. When we were finally allowed inside an hour later, there were only 4 tables and 10 ...seats. There were items sold out. We opted for a bowl with salmon, scallops and sea urchin and a 2nd bowl with salmon meat and roe. Service was brisk but polite and efficient. The seafood was fresh, tasty, briny, with the fish almost crisp on the outside and succulent inside. The scallops were sweet, as was the roe. Not a hint of fishiness. The rice was perfectly cooked. The miso soup had generous vegetables in them. Indeed, this was worth waiting in line for.

Jet lagged from travel. Was hungry at 6am and searched local open sushi places and this was a short walk from my apartment. They open at 6 and I got there around 5:55 and there was a line already. Waited about an hour or so to get in. Great sushi don place. Fresh delicious fish - and local wholesale... fish market also right behind it. Would recommend it.
