“Sushi and wagyu place near Shinsaibashi Shopping Street”
I enjoyed the Nakago course for 4,480 yen. The dishes were carefully selected and prepared. I had fun eating fresh sushi at the counter, with the chef teaching me how to enjoy certain dishes. The grilled fish and wagyu were especially wonderful. The course was well balanced and satisfying. I'd love ...to have a meal here again. ■ Appetizer: vegetable and egg dishes ■ Sashimi: three kinds of fresh fish ■ Grilled fish ■ Main dish: Yonezawa beef steak from Yamagata Prefecture and vegetable salad ■ 6 pieces of sushi including Yonezawa beef sushi, Nodoguro, bluefin tuna ■ Chawanmushi (savory steamed egg) ■ Red miso soup ■ Dessert: Black sesame ice cream served with green tea

“Slow service”
We were starving, they waiter took our orders quickly, but took them forever to serve our orders. in fact, we cancelled half of what we ordered and moved to another restaurant because they were extremely slow....

“Fantastic meal, modern and relaxed decor”
Great food and friendly staff. The head chef speaks good English. Located just 5 minutes from Shinsaibashi station. Modern and nicely decorated. Relaxed atmosphere. Easily one of my best meals in Japan!

“Amazing food friendly service ”
We happened upon this restaurant by chance as it was close to where we were staying: Hotel The Flag. We’ve now eaten here twice and are likely to return before we leave Osaka! Fabulous food, great service (a bit slower on a busy Friday than a quiet Sunday but we were happy to wait!) and lovely surro...undings. We are sat at a window table and then in a tatami room on our second visit which was quite special. Food was fabulous. We ate sushi, potato salad, cooked black throat sea perch, fried octopus, cucumber told, crispy tempura and wonderful eel. All washed down with good wine and sake. Would highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed. In the pouring rain tonight we were evens escorted back to The Flag with an umbrella to keep us dry! Thankyou!
