Rigaroiyaruhoteru Nihonryori Nakanoshima

A chilled savory custard dish—topped with fresh sea urchin and citrus jelly with crunchy konatsu pearls—was beautifully matched with a Slovakian white wine (Marina Pálava 2023). The wine's aro...matic nose and sweet-acid balance made the citrus taste mellow and elegant.
