“Hidden gem”
A very hard to find place, it's small and hidden away on the street level of an office building. The chef prides himself of only buying th best ingredients that are available on that specific day and his food clearly points that way. I only was able to find out about this place after a friend, also ...a very good chef, did the research before coming here. It's a small place with only about 10 seatings and it is a one man show, the chef does everything. Ask for the Bamboo stored sake. The food is Omakase style, no menus. Enjoy, we did.
