Excellent cuisine, excellent ambience, creativity, freshness of ingredients, innovative menu. Chef Shono puts his heart and soul into the preparation of the meal and engagement with his customers. Highly recommend.

“Exceptional - Special place, special food, special chef”
We had the most wonderful experience at Kaminoza. It really is exceptional. It was a privilege to watch the chef work his magic in such a tiny kitchen, producing absolutely stunning food presented in beautiful ceramics. His drink pairings were faultless and intriguing. He deserves a Michelin Star... - no doubt about it.

“Best of japanese cuisine”
Unforgettable dining experience! We learnt a lot about Japanese cuisine and every course was fantastic. It is absolutely recommended. One of the highlights of my trip to Japan.

“Best miso I have ever had.”
What an incredible restaurant. Since the waiter retired last months, it‘s only the chef cooking and serving the food. He does a brilliant job! The food is so delicious and full of natural flavours. No fancy pants, just feeling the chef is cooking with lots of love. 10 dishes for JPY 23000 is pricy, ...and worth every penny! Best miso I have ever had.
