“A splendid Michelin discovery in Osaka that challenges and delights the sense!”
Wow, just wow! I dined with a friend here on our first night in Osaka and enjoyed a transcendent experience. The service and setting are extraordinary. The cuisine is haute Japanese - a wonderful education in nine courses. You will be simultaneously challenged, beguiled and transfixed by course afte...r course that are each characterized by visual beauty, textural range, intriguing aroma and surprising and delicious flavor. Your hosts use technology in the midst of a deeply traditional setting - they translate the courses into the language of your choice using an iPad, so you know what you are enjoying. The location is tricky to find, as the restaurant is located at the end of a short side street. Don't be worried if you show up before the time of your reservation and you discover that the door is locked - you will be ushered into the restaurant promptly at the time of your reservation.
