“Perhaps it’s because we were Western?”

We were desperately hungry and after having nothing but amazing experiences across Japan between Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, and Osaka we were sadly disappointed with this property. The food was perfectly acceptable but the wait staff barely wanted to know about us and we pretty close to literally had to ...chase them down for additional drink orders, and even the bill (!?!?!?). There's a plethora of food offerings in this area - don't waste your time.
