Tachizushi Honten

We luckily found this place which became one of staples during our stay. This place is oddly connected to a pizza place but let me tell you the sushi and tuna dishes here are delicious for a price that won't break the bank. We had the premium nigiri set, grilled tuna and kimchi dish, and a few sushi... pieces that were al la carte with a few chuhai lemons (lemon sour). The grilled tuna dish had the girlfriend craving for more while the nigiri set made me want to order another (maybe minus the sea urchin). I can say the unagi was one of my favorites. The staff were friendly and helpful but they don't speak much English; however, they have this qr code that you scan and that opens a web site that translates their regular menu. There was Osaka free Wi-Fi outside so I scanned the card and stepped outside to connect to the site. This isn't a high end sushi place with the perfect balance of wasabi on every piece but it was some of the freshest sushi you could eat for a price you could afford. Our meal cost 3000 yen and we were pretty full. They have the option to stand and eat if you preferred.
