“Fabulous hidden gem”

This Bib Gourmand was a real treat. They take the traditional Kaiseki and put a modern twist on it. For example, the rice dish was topped with small barracuda and cooked in a clay pot. The server mixed up the fish and rice, and then the rice got crispy on the bottom. Excellent in every way.
