“Mediocre at hest”

Very difficult to find the establishment. Once found, you take an elevator to 8th floor. We had a reservation for 8:15pm. Very crowded and loud. Food was delicious though. Although entire restaurant reeked of cigarette smoke as well. Ordering food is a bit confusing. You must use a smartphone... to scan a QR code to order your food. Very taxing experience.
