Nice little family restaurant off the beaten track in the north of Kyoto. Choices of sandwiches, pizzas meatballs, lasagne, salads etc with a good drinks selection and homemade desserts all really tasty. English menus for those that need it. Service was faultless. Highly recommended.

“A must visit in Kyoto”
this was our highlight in Kyoto. All the family loved the atmosphere, the staff and of course the food. There was something for everyone. Very intimate setting and we felt like we had become family..we visited 3 times.

“Delightful cake and wine”
Stopped in for wine and dessert. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good selection of wine. Chocolate cake was delicious.

“Relaxing time in Kyoto”
Good food, relaxing atmosphere and nice people. I can only recommend this place after a hectic day. It feels like at home. This time I went alone, last time with friends does not really matter, it’s good. The knuckle burger was just the right size for me. I had some Japanese wine (Dela Gris), and M...erlot from California, but they also have other good tasty wines from the world. For me it is the Goto place when I am in Kyoto and need some relaxing time.
