The Buffet Diner AEON Mall Kobe kita

This is a serve-yourself buffet, located in the Aeon Mall, second floor, near Sanda, across from the Premium Outlet Mall. Plenty of parking. The Diner offers a variety of choices of Japanese foods: yakisoba, fried chicken, rice dishes, salads, desserts, drink and smoothie bar (an extra 250 yen pe...r person). You can get a regular round plate or one with six small compartments, so you can get a little of each dish. There are breads, pizza, and a variety of salad fixings with dressings, Main dishes included yakisoba, some spicy, some not; fried chicken was great. Desserts featured strawberries like ice cream, pudding, bite-size cakes and strawberry waffle. Drinks were the usual plus you could make your own smoothie (recipes posted) and iced or hot coffee. It cost over 1500 yen for each adult plus the drink bar and you could get as much as you wanted. Staff was friendly and helpful and removed used dishes when we were not at the table.
