We came across this place by happenstance. It appears to be a common type place in the area. I did not like it much at all. The entire restaurant is smoking. The food is average. It looks more appetizing than it is. Also they have dipping sauce at the table that is shared. It does have an Engl...ish menu. And here is a tip, you take a number from the table and pay on your way out. You don't get a check delivered to the table. We spent ¥42000 for four people.
