“Best ramen I've ever tasted!”
I am not a fan of ramen but I say this is the best ramen I've ever tasted! waiting time: although there is a long Q but the waiting time is quite fast as it is individual seating. The Q is up the stairs. the stairs are narrow. u need to have your back against the wall when the customers are coming... down the stairs. so to me, atmosphere wise is average. its a place where you come purely for the ramen and not the atmosphere.

Ichiran is our fave ramen whenever we are in Japan. Expect to Q approximately 45 mins and above. Q move systematically and once inside, just order through the kiosk and state your preferred preference of how you want your ramen to be cook on a sheet of order. Place the order sheet on the booth and ...the staff will serve your ramen accordingly.

Ramen experience!! Place was authentic Japanese experience! You only get one kind of Ramen, you just need to choose how your ramen is done (spice, noodle firmness). Although they offer additional side orders. Be ready for a very loong wait.. we waited for 1.5 hours!!! Your call if the long wait is w...orth it!

“Poor service”
Very inflexible rules. My kid and I were in the Queue, she left the queue to grab my passport but i was still in the queue. After queuing for some time, they then said not allowed even though I m still in the queue! What rubbish policy is this. Completely ruined my appetite as my wait time became w...ay long. Tell upfront your inflexible policy
