ICHIRAN Nambamidosuji

My husband and I finished riding the river cruise in Dotonburi then stopped by this place. Like Ichiran restaurants in general, of course long queues cannot be avoided. But the tiredness of queuing is comparable to the delicious taste of ramen. This is the first time I have eaten ramen in its countr...y of origin and the broth is very delicious and different from what I have ever tasted. The dining place is in a booth and we are required to order and pay for food through a vending machine provided in the front room when we queue. Then we can choose the level of spiciness and stickiness of the broth and the level of doneness of the noodles. I highly recommend this place to eat.

Delicous ramen after a long walk around osaka and namba which hit the spot for all of us from exhaustion and deffiabtly put the spring back in our step!. This store if correct is right in namba neat dotonbori right next to the bridge in clear view of the glico man ect: this was one store we did hav...e to wait for around 20 minutes to get inside from bottom stairs and then around another 15 min wait whilst seated inside before reaching our private cubicle. Easy as ordering and selections in japanese and english and a few min wait it has arrived..stunning and delicious and hitting the empty spot with a bunch of flavour and good selction amount of sides to add into. Very enjoyable like other ichirans ive experienced and deffiantly would come back and just enjoying the privacy of single cubicle for each of our family to slurp away

I recently had the opportunity to try Ichiran Ramen, and it was truly a delightful experience. First and foremost, the broth was exceptional. It had a rich and robust flavor that was not overpowering. The tonkotsu broth was creamy and had a deep umami taste that kept us going back for more. It was ...apparent that the broth had been simmered for a significant amount of time to achieve this level of complexity.I ordered firm. The noodles were perfectly cooked, with the right amount of chewiness. They were thin and delicate, which allowed them to absorb the flavors of the broth. 1 hr waiting was worth it . I will always cal in line for you ichiran .

Ramen was really good and even better than the Michelin Star restaurant that we had before. The broth was so tasteful and I only hot the medium flavored broth. I'll probably increase the taste levels a notch if I go back. Needed to take off my sweater as it was hot inside the cubicles. Clients wer...e mostly of the younger generation and I don't know why there no older folk as the will surely like it here.

Due to Covid-19 Dotonbori was very uncrowded. I visited Ichiran with 0 wait time. The staff were very friendly and happy to help me out with my non-Japanese tongue, guiding me to what needed to be done. Led to 2nd floor with a booth to myself, the classic ramen I chose was good but perhaps more pork... would have been good. The broth was delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
