“Japaneese French fusion brilliance”
Second time of visiting on this trip and the food was fantastic again. This is fine dining at its best. 11 courses with a great wine pairing, this is japanese french fusion at its best. The Chefs tell a great narrative with each course explaining the reasoning behind the course. The food is elegantl...y presented and has beautiful flavour. Definitely worth a visit!

“Must try mikumano beef!”
Superb cuisine directly negotiated with producers. Must taste mikumano beef rarely produced from very considerate producer who care so much about beef! Excellent quality for value. Chef is very friendly and trained at a famous French restaurant in Tokyo. Will definitely come back soon. 美熊野牛はこれまでにない...一皿でしたが、どのお品にも生産者とシェフのストーリーが積み込まれていて大満足でした♪
