“Lunch at Tsukiji Market”
Place is right in the Tsukiji Market in Tokyo. We got the set of sushi. You can get us with Wasabi or without. In Japan wasabi is hidden under the fish. The sushi was fresh and delicious although we didn’t live the squid but that really isn’t the establishments fault we just don’t love squid suchy ...so that was on us.

“An average sushi joint”
I wanted to have some sushi while in the vicinity of Daimaru, this is one of a couple places to offer sushi on the top dining floors. There was already a line at around 11:30 so I thought it might be something special. Although my meal wasn’t bad, it wasn’t great either. But then again, it wasn’t ...pricey.

“So-so in quality”
This sushi restaurant is located on the 14th floor of the Daimaru department store in Umeda, and we came here way after lunch hours, originally just trying our luck to find a place to eat. Seeing that there were still some guests inside we went in and quickly ordered two sushi sets, with me going fo...r the chef's recommendation and my wife for the seasonal set. My set has a total of 12 pieces, but the quality overall was just so-so. Most of the fish did not have much flavors, and the soy sauce provided was also not very good, unable to bring up the taste. Looking at the seasonal set I guess it might be better but when I asked my wife she also said they were weak in taste. It is not exactly a cheap sushi place, with the overall bill being 6,075 yen, including the two sets and a bottle of beer. So despite being hungry, I could not say I enjoy the food.

“Depends how do you compare it”
Some of the reviews hit the nail on the head! It really depends on what you compare it with, comparing with the conveyed belt type sushi, of course this is better, but comparing to a proper sushi restaurant, then it's quite a long way. Price is lower than a proper sushi restaurant, so depends on wha...t you after..
