The restaurant was recommended by a colleague who lives in Kobe. It has been a while since I had sukiyaki and I sort have a craving for it. This is definitely an old school place, you have to change into slipper before being escorted to the dinning room. Strangely, I was taken to the basement, not s...ure if there are other dinning rooms. I have chosen the Kobe Beef option. There are also other lesser cut with more moderate price, but overall this is a more upscale establishment. Service was okay, be aware, they automatically add 10% service charge plus 8% mandatory tax to the bill.

Came with a group of people during a convention. It was very enjoyable starting with the reception through the entire meal. the food is Shabu-Shabu style. Service is good.

Came here as a big group of 16. The private room was not pleasant. Tables are tiny and it's so uncomfortable sitting cross legged on the floor Service is lacking, sometimes only 1 waitress to serve 16 of us Food was ok. The Kobe beef was barbecued and sometimes by us since the waitress went missin...g. I don't think our skills did the beef justice Unlike most Korean BBQ joints, there is no suction for the BBQ fumes so the entire room and our clothes smell. I wear spectacles and when I got back to the hotel, it was covered with oil Overpriced ( more than USD150 per pax) and a blah experience overall . They also don't accept MasterCard, only visa

A nice shabushabu restaurant with individual rooms. We are a party of 15 and even though the waitresses speak limited English, they tried their best to communicate. There are two kinds of beef on menu. Both ordinary and Kobe beef. We all enjoyed the dinner!

Recommended by a local friend for Shabu-Shabu. We did not hesitate to give this place a try. Great quality and good service at reasonable price. We will certainly return at our next visit to Kobe.
