“One of the best beef rice bowls I ever had for the price.”
Great beef rice bowl place for lunch. Small portion I think for most folks but just nice for me. The beef came just as I ordered -medium done. Good quality beef slices. Juicy and marinated with the chef’s sauce that had a hint of yuzu. Service was great and the staff do speak some English. Tried th...e creme brulee for dessert. Not great but very decent for the price.

So much of tripadvisor is full of average restaurants liked by bland American tourists - hence why this isn't anywhere near the top of the rankings for Chinese in Kyoto. This is brilliant fresh tasty friendly Chinese food. Lovely sweet & sour, great Gyoza, off the chart egg fried rich. Come and en...joy!

“authentic chinese food”
this restaurant is located nearby college, the price was neither so high nor so low, the flavour was authentic and good, there were chinese part time jod girls.
