“Long wait”

Came here because some local reviews were positive. Sunday night was relatively busy. 5 of us placed our orders. I am writing this as I wait for the food. It's been 35 minutes. Just received 2 sticks of yakitori which makes up 10% of our order. Just been told that half our order is out of stock. Aft...er 40 minutes???? Not acceptable. Many other places to eat in Sakai.
