“Wonderful experience in Gion”
My husband and I had a delicious multi course set menu here. Moreover, I am vegetarian (no meat, chicken, or fish; which can be difficult to accommodate here) and the chef prepared a custom menu, which was beautiful. It was the best dinner we had on our travels to Japan to date. My husband has no di...etary restrictions and he enjoyed a fabulous multi-course menu of traditional Japanese cuisine. The hospitality was lovely, a very appreciated dining experience in a wonderful city.

“Chefs' delicatessen in Gion”
Great spot for a full immersion in real Kyoto and Japanese food. Absolutely stunning dishes and very creative chefs. Totally need more than one visit.

“Nice traditional Japanese food in Gion”
Very nice chef and nice food, with different combinations that you won’t expect elsewhere. The chef speaks good English and tries to explain everything. Good restaurant for some serious Japanese food without breaking the bank.
