“Very trendy”
We wanted to go to see Utsubo park, and found this trendy restaurant. They had a nice garden to dine in, just besides the park. Even tough we arrived at 12 am, the time we hqd reserved, only one japanese dishwas avaiable, and we did not want to eat hamburgers, as our friends had chosen. The chicken ...plate we got surprised us by being cold and boiled, plus some non-descript salad and cold rice, it was a pretty dull and tasteless meal. While we sat there we saw several small groups of women coming for a very spectacular ice-cone, looking so fancy that they were placed against a decorated wall, for uploading a photo on instagram. I hope the taste of the ice could live up to the look.

“Excellent taste of the Orient.”
Stumbled across this little gem. Very friendly staff and delicious food. We sat out side on the terrace. It has a romantic evening feel to it. Great for couples.

“Trendy, Stylish, Fashionable, Chic”
This neighborhood targets young, mobile, trendy parents. This restaurant targets young affluent mothers. The whole restaurant is setup with ambiance in mind. Front room has a sofa, back room has a couple of tables far apart with huge trees dividing the room and the backyard is setup as a veranda.... There is a dedicated mother's room complete with change table. Most of the patrons were young professional ladies or young mothers. That being said, their menu was decent. They specialized in burgers. Custom, quality ingredients, cooked medium rare. Darn good burger - fries were just alright. Cost for a burger and a drink is closer to 1,500 yen, so it is not a cheap place to have a meal but considering the quiet location, comfortable environment, it is a reasonable price point. We hope to come back when we are in the neighborhood again.
